Veryplants develops soil-free growing mixes for indoor plants. Our substrates use carefully selected ingredients to support the root environment of aroids, succulents and orchids.
We work with ingredient and packaging suppliers who can support consistent quality, dependable supply and clear commercial terms across our US and Canadian business. How it works

- 3We approve you for particular productsApproval is given per ingredient or packaging item, after we have checked your product meets our specification.
- 4You receive requests for quotationFor the items you are approved for, you get the request, the documents and a simple form to give your price and terms.

What does Veryplants buy?
Ingredients for soil-free growing mixes (coco chips and coir, pumice, lava rock, expanded clay, bark and other substrate inputs) and packaging (printed stand-up pouches, shipping cartons and inserts).
Where do you buy for?
Two operating companies, Veryplants USA and Veryplants Canada, with deliveries to third-party warehouses in the United States and Canada.
How does a new supplier get started?
Apply on this site with your company details, what you supply and how you control quality. If we can proceed, we send a confidentiality agreement. After it is signed we approve you product by product, and you receive requests for quotation for the products you are approved for.
Do I need an account or software to apply?
No. You sign in with a link sent to your work email. There is no password and nothing to install.
What do you need from a quotation?
Unit prices at our quantities, minimum runs, lead time, deposit and payment terms, tooling, delivery basis, and any differences from our specification. The form asks for each item plainly.
How are samples handled?
We request a sample of a specific product before approving it. You record dispatch in the portal; we record the test result. Approval is per product and per specification revision.
